Empowering patients recovering from spinal cord injuries

In this research project, we had the privilege of working closely with two individuals who have faced challenges with hand mobility throughout their recovery process, after suffering from spinal cord injuries. Both participants were involved in car accidents, resulting in distinct hand mobility issues. While each person's struggles were unique to their circumstances, we also identified commonalities in their needs. This study serves as an ongoing exploration of ways to empower individuals still recovering from spinal cord injuries or other nerve-related conditions.
